Customer satisfaction is our first priority at Bokitta Hijab. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if customers are not satisfied with their purchase. Our items are carefully inspected by the QC team before leaving our warehouse. But in the event you received defective item, simply follow the instructions below.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
PRODUCT REFUND
We do not provide refunds but we will compensate with store credit into our website. You can only change for another product within 7 days of receiving the good provided it is UNWASHED, UNWORN, UNSCENTED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.If there are any price difference, the customer have to pay the difference and if there are difference (eg: cheaper on product exchange compare to the purchase) the difference will be not be refunded to the customer.
Buyer will bear the cost of delivery, returns and taxes if applicable. Any product that you want to change for is subject of availability. You must contact us within 3 days after receive the goods and return the items within 7 days of receiving the item
ONLINE TRANSACTIONS
In on events of Online Transactions problems with the customer's respective bank, Our refund policy stated that any orders that has been made by customer and he/she want to cancel, we will only refund back to the customer in a form of Store Credit. It is responsible for any customers to check with their respective Bank or Credit Card to check on any transaction if he/she has any inquiries before proceed with any next transaction to avoid any double order. And lastly to check the transactions with the merchant it self for confirmations.
